Honest Review of IcCryptoETF

1.3/5
💬 3

This time, IcCryptoETF caught our attention with its “impressive” official website, which belongs to yet another scam project masquerading as a Forex/CFD broker. However, the site’s main issue is not just its poor design. Writing an exposé on it was incredibly easy, as this pseudo-company blatantly reveals its primary goal — to collect and steal traders’ money. You can take our word for it: partnering with them is not recommended. Still, it’s better to go through the evidence we’ve gathered to understand how avoiding scams is not that difficult.

Key Features

  • Company Name: IcCryptoETF
  • Website: https://iccryptoetf.io/
  • Available Contacts: [email protected], [email protected]
  • Foundation: 2024
  • Services: Forex/CFD trading
  • License: No
  • Initial Deposit: $250

From Sign-Up to Payout

We couldn’t help but label the official website of IcCryptoETF as a “mess.” This impression forms right at first glance at its design flaws:

  • A transparent header containing the logo, company name, and login button is fixed, overlaying text and images during scrolling, making navigation frustrating.
  • The page layout uses block-based scrolling instead of smooth scrolling, which not only annoys users but also disrupts careful reading of the content.
  • The developers seem unfamiliar with proper scaling. For example, resizing text causes mismatched visuals with related images. Try it, and you’ll see for yourself.

But the issues with this abomination don’t stop at the design. You’ll also “appreciate” the following:

  • A section labeled Brokerage inexplicably contains company and contact details.
  • “Essential” features like a glossary and an alphabetical index of trading instruments replace genuinely useful tools like an economic calendar or news feed.
  • A Banking on Blockchain section with animated videos seemingly aimed at schoolchildren is featured in the main menu.
  • Videos embedded on pages fail to load, regardless of the browser or user’s location.

And how about the response you receive after filling out and submitting the registration form: “We have received your request, see you soon!” Except, “soon” never comes — at least not within four days of our testing.

We’ve listed only what’s noticeable at first glance. How many more bugs could be uncovered with a thorough review of each page? One thing is clear: no legitimate company would allow such negligence on its official site. But we’re talking about IcCryptoETF, which apparently considers low-quality web resources acceptable. This naturally raises concerns about the broker’s transparency and honesty.

Our Trading Experience With IcCryptoETF

Surprisingly, even this broker has one positive aspect: a page for the trading terminal, albeit in a stripped-down version with limited functionality.

IcCryptoETF - trading platform

Even in this basic form, the terminal allows us to evaluate its capabilities and note its numerous drawbacks:

  • The platform doesn’t support multi-chart mode. It seems the developers assume every trader works with just one trading instrument and that portfolio management is a myth. How else can you explain the forced switching between assets, wasting both time and money?
  • Another questionable assumption is that markets are always calm and lack extreme volatility. Otherwise, they would have implemented a one-click trading feature. For now, users must manage without it.
  • Clearly, the program’s creators lack trading experience. Otherwise, they’d know that market overviews are inconvenient in their current form and take too long to find specific symbols. Favorites partly solve this problem, but not entirely.
  • The absence of support for custom indicators and trading bots further highlights the terminal’s limitations.

In short, it’s evident that this platform lags far behind the best trading software. But it seems IcCryptoETF had no choice: reputable providers like MetaQuotes only sell licenses for their MT4 and MT5 platforms to officially registered companies. We doubt this scam operation would qualify.

The broker’s trading conditions are equally unimpressive. IcCryptoETF seems to believe potential clients only need information about the minimum deposit and maximum leverage.

The company offers five account types for registered users:

  • The Trail. Minimum deposit $250, leverage up to 1:200.
  • Secondary Income. Minimum deposit $10,000, leverage up to 1:200.
  • Managed Portfolio. Minimum deposit $50,000, leverage up to 1:300.
  • The Retiree. Minimum deposit $100,000, leverage up to 1:400.
  • The Heritage. Minimum deposit $250,000, with other parameters individually set.

Each higher-tier account offers minor benefits, like an additional arbitrage session per month, access to advanced educational materials, and analytics. Newcomers might believe these perks justify a 40-fold increase in the deposit, but experienced traders will recognize it as a cunning ploy to extract larger sums. Which side do you think is right?

The Reality Check

IcCryptoETF proudly claims its name is well-known and trusted in London, Sydney, and Toronto. Yet, for some reason, it hides its registration details. However, the broker couldn’t completely erase all traces of its location. In its Terms & Conditions, there’s a clause mentioning applicable legislation, stating that the company operates under the jurisdiction of saint vincent and the grenadines (spelled just like that) and prioritizes its courts for resolving disputes. The quality of this text speaks volumes about the team behind this project.

We’ll verify the company’s registration details to assess the truth behind their claims.

IcCryptoETF - not in SVGFSA registry

A search in the registry of the local financial regulator, SVGFSA, yielded no results. This indicates that the firm is not registered there. Of course, it also lacks a license since this organization neither licenses nor regulates Forex/CFD brokers.

Since the project’s creators left no other geographical clues, we also used OpenCorporates databases. However, the results were also negative — among over 220 million companies worldwide, not a single one named IcCryptoETF (in any variation) was found.

This means the only place this platform exists is online. A virtual broker with no registration, no license, and no agreements with liquidity providers simply does not engage in actual trading. Instead, it accepts client funds and fraudulently appropriates them.

How Long Has IcCryptoETF Been in the Game?

The broker provides no information about its founding date. Although it’s already irrelevant, we checked the domain registration date using WHOIS data.

Domain

It turns out the active domain iccryptoetf.io was registered in August 2024. This means the broker has existed online for nearly half a year. It remains a mystery how such an obvious scam has managed to survive for this long.

Once again, let’s point out that after six months, the broker’s team hasn’t even bothered to improve its official website. Scammers can afford such negligence, but real companies cannot.

Extra Fraud Indicators

While analyzing the broker’s operations, we uncovered an interesting fact: there are virtually no IcCryptoETF reviews online. Perhaps the company began actively operating well after its domain was registered. Alternatively, the project owners might not know where to order reputation-boosting posts on specialized platforms (though we doubt this).

However, the platform hasn’t gone unnoticed on trading and investment forums. Experts have analyzed its offerings and official information, delivering a clear verdict: this platform is a scam, and sending money to it is not recommended.

Is IcCryptoETF the Right Fit?

IcCryptoETF is a textbook example of a scam broker that failed to deliver even a basic quality website or a believable narrative to attract novice traders. Poor page design, hidden trading conditions, the inability to create an account independently, and operating without registration or licensing are just a few reasons why this project should be avoided at all costs. Do not open accounts or deposit funds here.

3 client reviews for IcCryptoETF

IcCryptoETF has nothing to do with crypto ETFs. These are ordinary scammers who will try to extract as much money from you as possible. I didn’t even realize how I ended up depositing $10,000 into their account. Initially, I planned to trade minimally to test the waters, but within a week, I lost everything. Their manager constantly pressured me to increase my deposit and promised better conditions. Foolishly, I followed his advice. Long story short, my entire deposit vanished!

How is anyone supposed to earn here, seriously?! Have you seen IcCryptoETF’s outrageous commissions? Why doesn’t anyone mention them in online reviews? Have you come across their company documents? Of course not, because they don’t exist. Do you think they process withdrawals? Let me tell you: I’ve been waiting for four weeks, and every day they come up with new excuses for why my request isn’t processed. There’s no point in continuing here. It’s all a scam!

The broker’s support team claimed that IcCryptoETF is perfect for everyone. They assured me of zero commissions, real-time quotes, and a reliable terminal. I believed their promises and ended up losing $15,000. Don’t trust a word they say. Their platform is unworkable, the staff is incompetent, and they’ll never let you withdraw your money. This is a scam, plain and simple. Don’t risk your funds!
