Honest Review of Wellness Reclaim

Websites supposedly representing chargeback services, created by scammers, appear on the internet by the dozens every day. Some go unnoticed by users, while others run aggressive promotional campaigns, such as purchasing positive comments online. One of the most recent subjects of our review is Wellness Reclaim. The creators of this platform are trying to convince potential clients of its honesty, reliability, and success. However, all these attempts look rather pathetic, and anyone with experience will instantly recognize this as a scam project. We provide more details below.

Key Features

  • Company Name: Wellness Reclaim
  • Website: https://wellnessreclaim.com/
  • Available Contacts: [email protected]
  • Foundation: 2024
  • Services: Chargeback
  • License: None
  • Initial Deposit: Not specified

From Sign-Up to Payout

We mentioned that the owners of Wellness Reclaim make pitiful attempts to appear as a legitimate chargeback service, and this point of view is easily confirmed by looking at their official website. For example:

  • The website lacks any official documents, including Terms & Conditions and a Privacy Policy. The absence of the latter is particularly interesting, as the service collects users’ personal data through a consultation request form but fails to mention anything about data protection and usage, contrary to existing laws.
  • On the contact page, there are two forms — for feedback and to sign up for a free consultation — along with an email address. There’s no company office postal address, no phone numbers, and no links to social media accounts. Of course, this is not surprising — only real companies provide such details, while virtual ones that exist only in the imagination of their creators prefer not to waste money, time, or resources on them.
  • The About Us page features a delightful section titled “History in Words.” Judging by the headings, the company has “received its first award” nearly every year from 2010 to 2021. Some of the latest entries are even repeated verbatim. After 2021, it seems their streak of awards has come to an end. Interestingly enough, the company’s history supposedly spans 14 years, but the homepage claims the company has been around for 7+ years.

This pattern can be seen throughout the website. For example, the homepage boasts statistics claiming the company has recovered $148,000 and helped 500+ clients, with a success rate exceeding 80%. While we won’t dwell on the average refund size (around $300), we’ll point out that the service provides no evidence to back up its claims of success.

The “Our Services” section fares no better. The page provides dull, amateurish descriptions of the scams the company allegedly fights. However, clients would much rather know how the company plans to recover their money. Yet, the platform’s owners keep these secrets to themselves, refusing to enlighten users on this matter.

We are quite sure that Wellness Reclaim has no real chargeback technology. The information on the official website has almost zero value.

Our Impression Of Wellness Reclaim

The overall impression of this service’s official website is disheartening. But what made it worse was the futile attempt to find any hints about the terms of cooperation. The creators of Wellness Reclaim fail to mention:

  • The documents required to initiate the chargeback process.
  • Estimated timelines for when the company will decide to start the procedure. Of course, it would be nice to know even an approximate completion date, but finding this information is impossible.
  • A list of organizations the service works with to execute the chargeback (for example, the banks where Wellness Reclaim has accreditation or the payment systems it partners with).
  • The costs incurred by the company during the recovery process and the service’s fee in the case of a successful outcome.

Of course, representatives of the platform might claim that most of these questions will be addressed during the free consultation. However, we would prefer to compare Wellness Reclaim’s conditions with those of other chargeback services to determine which company is worth trusting with our personal data. After all, having served over 500 clients, they could surely provide average figures and general requirements by now.

Our assessment of this user interaction is clear: Wellness Reclaim is neither a legitimate nor a successful chargeback service and has no understanding of the refund process. This suggests that it was created by scammers, targeting people who have lost large sums to online fraud. These individuals may overlook the deception and end up transferring more money to this pseudo-company.

The Reality Check

Wellness Reclaim publishes a lot of information aimed at convincing potential clients they’ve come to the right place for help. Take the data from the “History in Words” section, for example, where they claim to have access to 240 restricted and open databases. A user might be impressed.

However, we must be the wrong type of users, as we would like to know the names of these databases and see proof that the company can indeed access such vast volumes of data. We also wouldn’t mind knowing whether the company even exists and where it is registered. Unfortunately, Wellness Reclaim doesn’t disclose this information: there is no mention of where the service, which supposedly returns an average of $300 per client, is registered on the website.

We tried searching for information about Wellness Reclaim in the Open Corporates database. However, among the 222+ million records, there is no company with this name (or anything remotely similar).

Wellness Reclaim - not in Open Corporates data

It may not be entirely accurate to claim that the company isn’t registered anywhere. Even a comprehensive portal like Open Corporates doesn’t have data from every business registry in the world. Nevertheless, we are inclined to believe this is the case: Wellness Reclaim does not exist in reality. Too many signs point to this chargeback service being a scam. Most of these scams operate solely in the virtual world, with no concern for official registration.

How Long Has Wellness Reclaim Been in the Game?

We’ve already mentioned the company’s supposed lifespan while reviewing its official website. To recap:

  • The copyright at the footer of the website pages dates back to 2010.
  • In the “History in Words” section under About Us, the service’s story begins in 2011.
  • The homepage states that Wellness Reclaim has been around for 7+ years.

It seems that different people created the backstory for this service and didn’t bother aligning their dates. We’ve decided to clarify this matter by using the whois service.

Domain

As we can see, the domain wellnessreclaim.com was registered on February 11, 2024. This means that the service has only been around for 10 months. Therefore, all the information provided about the company’s history is a blatant lie. The statistics are also false.

To serve over 500 clients in 10 months, they would have had to close almost two cases per day. Even well-known, legitimate chargeback services cannot claim such efficiency. So how could this short-lived, obscure, and unregistered platform like Wellness Reclaim achieve such results?

Extra Fraud Indicators

We can point to other signs that Wellness Reclaim deceives clients in almost every statement they make. For example:

  • Despite being a company with “7+ years of experience,” the blog posts on their site only appeared in April 2024. This further confirms that the company’s claimed age is false.
  • The consultation form doesn’t include the scam types described on the corresponding pages of the website. Instead, it features options that were never mentioned before. Clearly, the form and the content were created by different people, but the inconsistency suggests that there are no actual refund specialists involved.
  • Wellness Reclaim reviews are only found on a single website, reviews.io. It’s hard to believe that users are ignoring other similar platforms, such as Trustpilot or Sitejabber. Most likely, the positive posts were created by paid authors. Another interesting observation: the first comment appeared on the site 7 months ago, which means the claim of 7 or even 24 years of work is completely unfounded.
  • In reviews on industry-related websites, the picture is the opposite: Wellness Reclaim has received no positive ratings. All experts unanimously claim that the service was created by scammers, and its goal is to take money from clients. These publications contain a sufficient number of arguments to support this view.

Thus, the owners of the service failed to create a convincing backstory or persuade potential victims of their reliability and ability to help. Frankly, we strongly doubt that such a pathetic imitation could interest anyone.

Is Wellness Reclaim the Right Fit?

The facts presented in our Wellness Reclaim review lead to a clear conclusion: this is not a legitimate chargeback service but a virtual pseudo-company created by scammers. This is evidenced by their unregistered status and lack of accreditation with financial organizations. Further confirmation comes from the hidden terms of service and the fake information published on their official website. Our opinion is shared by experts on industry sites, who also provide arguments proving that the platform is owned by fraudsters. They warn that these “specialists” will not help you recover stolen funds but will instead lead to new financial losses.

1 client review for Wellness Reclaim

I contacted Wellness Reclaim and regretted it. The scammers didn’t return any of my money and even took another $3,000 on top of what I had already lost. It’s shocking how brazen they were – first, they ask for payment for their services, and then they say the refund is impossible and that the payment covered their expenses. Scammers!
